A styled/Shootout session is a staged photoshoot, often within the wedding or Quince industry, where vendors collaborate to create a visually cohesive and themed event, showcasing their skills and creativity. It’s a collaborative effort between vendors like photographers, florists, wedding planners, and other creatives, who work together to achieve a specific aesthetic vision. Unlike a real wedding, styled shoots are planned in advance with a focus on creating perfect images and showcasing vendors’ talents.

Key characteristics of a styled shoot:

Collaboration: Vendors work together to achieve a specific theme or aesthetic.

Staged event: It’s a carefully planned and executed photoshoot, not a real wedding or Event.

Controlled setting: The environment, lighting, and details are carefully controlled to create a perfect image.

Focus on visuals: The goal is to create stunning photos that showcase the vendors’ skills and talents.

No real wedding guests: Styled/Shhotouts Sessions typically feature models dressed as the couple, Bride, Quince Girl, Grad or Cosplay Model and no guests are present.

Generally all models and Collaborators will share social media information for tagging purposes and models will receive photographers selected photos for publication on their own social media sites.

Location & Information

October 5th 2025 4:30 to 7:30 pm arrival is at 4pm

The Castle is located at 1041 Old Hwy 36 Bellville, TX 77418.

The Shoot is Scheduled From 5 to 8pm

you may arrive up to 1 hr. prior to the shoot to go over instructions layout

If you are new to this i will be available before the shoot starts to answer questions including Posing and Lighting.

The Drive is about 1.5 hours away from Houston

so plan your time accordingly

Cost to Participate

The Cost to participate in this shoot out is $75.00

This must be paid no later then 10-02-25 to consider you for a position
